A class in which the same group of people commit to a regular practice. Because the same practitioners will be attending we can work deeper and progress more. Topics related to yoga are discussed in the class. This class is not open to all students, but by invitation only.

Please get in touch if you are interested. We meet every second Sunday at 17:30 - 19:00 in Tapiola, Espoo.

Please message me if you are interested in joining us.

Meditation

Online classes

Open to all levels of students.

Those who practice meditation on a regular basis will tell you all about the benefits of the practice. How it reduces stress and improves your mental and physical wellbeing as a whole. Researchers agree. Meditation triggers the relaxation response of the body. It also calms the mind and body by addressing and quieting the stressful and agitating thoughts.

Meditation helps you to get to know who you are.

Below is an approximately 50 minute long session for you to use, if you wish. It is free.

Restorative yoga

Online class

Open to all levels of students

Unlike more active asana classes, restorative yoga is the practice where you relax the body and mind in poses that are held for a longer time with the support of props, such as bolsters (or a big pillow), blankets, bricks and blocks. A yoga belt or strap is good to have as well. If you don’t own one, you can use the belt from a bathrobe or the like.

The purpose of the props is to ensure the body full support, so that both muscles and nervous system can relax.

Restorative yoga is an excellent practice for times when we experience stress, recover from illness or injuries, when we feel tired or fatigued. Simply when it seems the world is spinning a bit too fast.

I recommend it for everyone as a complement to a more active asana practice.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are new to restorative yoga and have questions about it.
